When one of the world’s most recognisable electric vehicle brands needed a large-scale, centrally located storage hub for their European distribution, they turned to us. The challenge: creating a smart and scalable solution to store hundreds of vehicles and ensure fast handovers to transport carriers. We took care of everything – from site setup to operational coordination on the ground.
The client needed a spacious, secure location to temporarily store sold vehicles before delivery to local dealers across Europe. The key requirement? Vehicles had to be grouped and ready for fast pickup, often by large transport trucks handling multiple destinations at once.
We identified a suitable storage site in Zeebrugge through one of our logistics partners. Together, we built a custom process from the ground up. Our onsite team inspects each vehicle upon arrival, allocates it a dedicated storage spot, and pre-sorts vehicles by delivery destination to streamline handovers to carriers.
To ensure quality and control, one of our own team members is permanently stationed onsite to coordinate all operations and act as the direct point of contact.
The customer was fully satisfied – vehicles are now handled quickly, carefully, and with minimal delay between sale and delivery.
